Mike, a licensed CPA, delivers a diverse set of advisory, tax, and attest services to his clients. Mike enjoys helping clients with pre- and post-transaction support, including advice on structuring mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence/ quality of earnings, and integrating the accounting and finance roles. His clients, including private equity firms, funded start-ups, and closely held businesses, rely on his expertise to build and run an outsourced finance and accounting function to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

After perfecting the service and delivery of an outsourced finance and accounting function for businesses, Mike and his team designed a similar model to service family offices and high net worth families that have many of the same complexities and similarities as his business clients.
