Office Administrator
Position:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as an Office Administrator at our Stamford, CT office. The Office Administrator is a key member of our team who will be serving as the face of the office greeting clients and staff. Maestro is looking for an organized and goal-oriented individual to help keep our office operations running efficiently. From scheduling meetings and answering the phone, to communicating between departments, this candidate will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into multiple roles within the firm.
Responsibilities:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks;
- Manage all office reception functions:
- Welcome and greet clients
- Answer phone
- Receive and send mail
- Manage Office Supplies
- Meetings coordination
- Maintain Breakroom
- Food/Drink coordination, dishwasher runs, maintain overall upkeep
- Other Administrative duties as required
Skills and Experience for Success:
- Experience working in an office administrative role
- Proficient in MS office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized
- Critical and strategic thinker who thrives in a quick pace environment
- Team player with a high EQ willing to “roll up their sleeves to do what it takes”
- Ability to travel local for deliveries (up to 5%)
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for the position must be willing to learn new concepts and ideas. They must be a hard worker who can anticipate the needs of the office.
- Two or more years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations
- The ideal candidate will have administrative support experience in a financial services office
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
