Greg is a licensed CPA. He provides tax advisory services, including tax planning/mitigation, transaction advisory services, structuring, and compliance. His business client base includes closely-held, multi-state businesses in various industries, many of which operate in all fifty states and overseas. Greg also assists these clients with respect to tax provision/ASC 740 compliance. Additionally, Greg provides tax compliance and planning services for high-net worth individuals, estates, and trusts.
The Role
Greg is a leader of Maestro’s Business and Family Tax Advisory Services. His team manages a diverse client base and provides a wide variety of federal and multi-state tax compliance and planning for corporate, personal income, sales & use, personal property, and other various tax matters.
The Vision
Greg is a technical resource to Maestro with respect to business and personal tax matters, and his focus is to lead a department that is proficient, forward-thinking, and abreast of current tax developments to ensure that clients are being provided with quality tax advice and service.
