Robert is a seasoned executive with extensive business, financial, and entrepreneurial experience leveraging 30 years of operating, private equity, and M&A experience across various industries from start-ups to developed companies.
As a leader, strategic thinker, and always focused on team member development, Robert has been adept at developing strategy and efficient business models, creating strategic relationships, and assembling highly productive teams.
Along with his co-founding partners, he was integral to the development of the investment thesis and formation of Maestro.
The Role
Robert is a representative of the Maestro board and as an advisor to the company has a leadership role in the Maestro strategic acquisition program in coordination with The Cynosure Group.
